Irix announced their 150mm f/2.8 lens on Monday 24th September, and it's on display at Photokina in Cologne.

We got up close and personal with it to see how it feels in the hand. Currently the lens is set to be available for Nikon F, Canon EF and Pentax K mount cameras. There's a wide, grippy focusing ring which also has a focus lock mechanism.
