If you're looking for a quick way to add warmth to a landscape photo, you've come to the right place. We've got step-by-step guides on using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Elements and Adobe Lightroom which are separated into individual pages so they're easier to read and it also means you can jump to the tutorial that's most relevant to you.

Up first is Adobe Photoshop and you need to open up your photo, make any basic edits you wish then follow the below steps.

This tutorial is incredibly quick, really easy to follow and uses a method that, we think, has to be one of the simplest ways to add warmth to a photo which is with a photo filter.

Photo Filters can be found under the Adjustment Layer options either in the Layer menu or by clicking the black/white circle at the bottom of the Layers panel and, as you'll soon see, various options are available.

1. Add a Photo Filter

As we've said, to add warmth to the photo we're going to add a photo filter. To do this go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Photo Filter. Or you can click on the black and white circle in the layers palette and pick photo filter. In the New Layer window that opens make sure colour is set to none, mode is normal and opacity is 100% then click OK.

2. Adjust The Photo Filter

Adjust the density slider to add warmth to the image. We used warming filter(85) but there are other filters you can try. You can also pick a colour instead of one of the pre-set filters too. You want to preserve the luminosity so make sure this box is tick then move the density slider to taste. We moved it to 44%.

It's as simple as that.
