Using only a smartphone and some items found around the house, you can create a rig capable of capturing stable shots of even the most high-speed action!
| DIY Tips
DIY photography hacks are usually inexpensive, fun and can help you capture better images/video without spending a fortune on new equipment and that's why the COOPH Team (and us) like them so much!
In their latest DIY tutorial, the COOPH Team are making a Gimbal for smartphones so you can capture video with your smartphone that's not ruined by shake.
All you need to create the DIY Gimbal is a couple of tin cans, some tools for cutting a window in them, duct tape, a paint roller, mop head and a rubber band. You then need to connect them all together (watch the video to see how) and you have a smartphone Gimbal you can run with.
The final creation does look a bit Frankenstein monster but trust us, it works!
