Photographer Sheldon Evans, who's got some great tutorials over on his YouTube channel, has put a new video together all about why he 'broke up' with full-frame cameras for crop sensors only to change his mind and return to full-frame.

This video covers a ton of differences between full frame and crop sensors, why you'd pick one over the other and why full frame isn't necessarily better than crop; it all depends on what you need it for.

"In my latest video, I speak about the differences between full frame and crop sensor cameras, why I switched between them and why you might need one more than the other for your particular type of photography. Each system has its own advantages and disadvantages and, hopefully, this video will help you make the right decision and pick whichever one works for best for you," explains Sheldon.

Topics covered in the video are as follows:

  • Effective focal length and aperture
  • Lens choices
  • Specific uses

Do visit Sheldon's YouTube channel to watch even more great tutorials and interesting videos. We also have 3 top tutorials on site, created by Sheldon, which look at drones, Lightroom and creative camera hacks
