Impossible have announced that from now on they will be including a best before date on their packaging, rather than a production date.
This development is the latest in a series of major changes to the nomenclature and packaging design across Impossible's range of films during the past year. These changes have made Impossible's analog instant film products much easier for consumers to identify and understand.
This latest initiative will take six months to roll-out across all of Impossible's 30+ different film products for five different formats - SX-70, 600, Image/Spectra, battery-less films for Impossible cameras, and large format 8 x 10. At the same time, Impossible will continue to refine the quality of the films themselves, from color, contrast, and stability to light sensitivity and processing times.
