The bespoke-manufactured Car-Boot Box is a boot tidy that will keep photography kit safe, secure and easily accessible.
| Industry News
A new product for photographers who regularly carry camera kit in their car has been launched that will help keep camera, tripods, lenses and other kit safe when on the move.
Introducing the Car-Boot Box - a hand-made to order boot-tidy that offers photographers an efficient and smart way to store and transport photography kit.
These birch plywood boot-tidy tools are available in one and two-drawer configurations and they are manufactured to the specific dimensions of the user's vehicle. No tools are required for assembly and the Car-Boot Box slots easily into the boot of SUV, MPV and estate cars.
Because it is lightweight, the box simply slides into the vehicle - and can be removed just as easily when not required. The carpet-lined drawers provide sufficient storage for camera bags, tripods, outdoor gear, food supplies and more, while heavier items can be placed on the sturdy, wipe-clean rubber top. Crucially, the Car-Boot Box ensures valuables are kept out of sight of prying eyes. It is also constructed at a slight angle, to ensure the drawers stay closed while the vehicle is moving.
Available in heights of between 200mm and 350mm, the Car-Boot Box is manufactured in the UK and costs £395. To order, simply decide the preferred height, then measure the depth and width of your vehicle's boot.
