Irix have announced that they have been presented with a prestigious Red Dot Award for their entire Cine lineup of lenses.
"Red Dot have awarded our efforts for creating products that are not only practical, refined in every detail, but also visually attractive. It proves to us that what we do makes sense and motivates us to design even better products with extraordinary appearances.", said Irix.
Irix say that the Cine lenses were a challenge for them, both technologically and design wise. The range currently consists of the Cine 150mm T3, Cine 45mm T1.5 and Cine 11mm T4.3.
