Photography retailer Jessops, who went into administration
back in January, will be keeping their online presence very much alive through a new website
which the company say will be 'launching soon'.
Jessops, who closed 187 stores on 11 January 2013, have posted the message on their new website, which also asks customers to 'sign up for relaunch updates'.
The news comes after Dragons' Den star, Peter Jones was announced
as one of a 'number of buyers' who acquired the Jessops brand and certain other assets.
As well as a new website, the Jessops Photo service
is back up and running. The service, which provides photo products such as prints and photo books, is provided by CeWe and it states on the website that from 2 March 2013, the Jessops Jessops Photo database will be transferred to CeWe Color Ltd. On the same day the Jessops customer database will be transferred to Jessops Data Limited.
