Olympus are continuing their '100 year's of Olympus' celebrations in style with a huge photographic event in the Oxford University Parks which will see performers from the Gifford Circus amaze guests with an incredible show.
As Olympus explains, this year's 70s-inspired show 'Xanadu' captures the spirit of Coleridge's Kubla Khan...
"It’s midsummer 1973 in Hyde Park and the flower power movement is at its height. Hippies, hipsters, rock stars, musicians, wild women and global nomads with Shamanic horses gather to play, sing dance, protest and perform."
They are 100 places up for grabs and each attendee will get two tickets to the matinee event.
"Get to know the Olympus range in this superbly photogenic environment and shoot great images with the latest Olympus gear," says Olympus. "So if you own an Olympus camera and want to get to know it better - or want one and want to get hands-on for the day - this afternoon of circus-themed photographic frivolity is definitely one for you!"
Those attending will also be given the chance to meet some of the Olympus Ambassadors and Olympus experts will be available throughout the day to offer first-hand advice and answer any technical queries.
