A new exhibition portraying the Diamond Jubilee Pageant is now open at Heathrow Airport.

The exhibition, by Henry Reichhold, features two huge scale photos of the events of the Jubilee Pageant and is located in Heathrow's terminal 5 departure lounge.

The images are 3 meters high and 12.5 meters long, and show visitors that pass through Heathrow a unique piece of British History. The exhibition is open for three months.

The image 'Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant' was taken from the 54th floor of the Shard building, which is a magnificent skyscraper located on the South Bank. The beautiful panorama shot taken portrays a giant visual narrative of the event. The finished picture is made up of over 200 different photos taken from different angles to try and beat the weather, which was misty, rainy and overcast on the day. They were then manipulated to cut through the weather and show a stunningly clean view.

The second image, 'Queen's Diamond Jubilee Procession' is taken outside Buckingham palace during the Royal drive past.

I wonder what feature of a software package can " cut through the weather and show a stunningly clean view" ?
