These Kipon Elegant lenses are rebranded and re-mounted versions of the HandeVision IBERIT 24, 35, 50, 75 and 90mm f/2.4 lenses currently available in Fujifilm X, Leica L, Leica M and Sony E mounts.

HandeVision is (was?) a joint-venture between the German company IB/E optics GmbH and the Chinese company Shanghai Transvision Photographic Equipment Co., Ltd, better known under their Kipon trademark

Hi Mistral75 - good post on this and CR forum - it explains how they can produce so many primes so quickly - without Autofocus electronics I guess its easy to make just the new bayonet mount.

I'd still like ePZ to get to review the 24 & 90mm, of course Kipon would need to hire an EOS-r for the review too.
I'm assuming these lenses are longer than they need be if they are just repackaged older lenses.

Kudos to them for being first though as i'd not heard of them before.

Not that longer since the HandeVision Iberit lenses were designed for short-registered mounts, the one having the longest flange focal distance being the Leica M mount (27.95mm vs 20mm for the Canon RF mount and 16mm for the Nikon F mount).

The Kipon brand is well known for their adapters.
