Kodak Updates PIXPRO Cameras With 25x, 40x and 42x Bridge Cameras & 2 Entry-Level Compacts

Kodak is continuing its tradition of creating affordable cameras with the release of entry-level FZ45 and FZ55 point and shots along with several optical zoom bridge cameras (AZ255, AZ405, AZ425).

It's been a while since we've seen a new release from Kodak but JK Imaging, the worldwide licensee of Kodak PIXPRO has confirmed that several new cameras will be introduced in 2022/23. 

The new line-up will feature the FZ45 entry-level compact priced at around 109 Euros, the FZ55 available for slightly more at 129.99 Euros and the AZ255 priced at about 199.99 Euros. The longer zoom cameras (AZ405 and AZ425) will be available for 229.99 and 249.99 Euros, respectively. 

The entry-level FZ45 features 4x optical zoom, 1080p Full HD video and is powered by AA batteries while the FZ55 has 5x optical zoom, 1080p Full HD video and a built-in Li-ion battery. As for the mega-zoom cameras, 25x, 40x and 42x models will be introduced, all upgraded with CMOS sensors, Full 1080p HD video and the compatibility to use up to 512GB of SD card memory among a host of other helpful features.
