Leica Q2 Monochrom Reporter Edition Announced: Leica Q2 Monochrom Reporter

Following the launch of the Leica Q2 Reporter, a new version of the Leica Q2 with body armour, Leica has now introduced a black and white variant of the camera.

The Leica Q2 Monochrom Reporter features a 47MP greyscale sensor and Lecia says that the absence of a colour filter array leads to an unparalleled detail rendition and increased sensitivity.

Apart from the sensor difference, the only other feature which differs the Q2 Monochrom Reporter from the Q2 Reporter is the laser-engraved "Monochrom" script on the lower edge of the display.

The Leica Q2 Monochrom Reporter will be available from 3 March 2022 with an RRP of £5,250 and joins other Leica Monochrom cameras such as the Leica Q2 Monochrom, Leica M10 Monochrom and Leica M Monochrom.
