Seven years ago, Lomography rescued the very last master roll of 400 ASA film and now they want to share it with you.
| FilmLomography have released a new colour negative film which is actually from a master roll of 400 ASA film transported from Italy seven years ago.
F2/400 is its name and Lomography transported it from Italy to Vienna, after having stored it in the Czech Republic under ideal conditions, as one big roll. By storing F²/400 as one big roll instead of slicing it up into 35mm strips, the quality of the film remained well protected and as a result, it has a rather distinctive look. It's a colour negative film with an X-Pro feel and in certain shooting conditions, has subtle blue overtones.
To get the best out of it, Lomography recommend using the F²/400 in bright conditions. It's available now and is priced at £5.02 per roll.
