Meike 8mm T/2.9 Mini-Prime Cine Lens for MFT-Mount Cameras Announced: MK-8mm T/2.9

Meike Global has announced that the Meike Cine 8mm T/2.9 lens for MFT cameras from Olympus and Panasonic will be available from 14 November 2020. 

The MK-8mm T/2.9 is a large aperture, manual focus prime lens that has minimal distortion and is compatible with a large line-up of Olympus and Panasonic cameras including the OM-D E-M1 and Lumix G9.

Meike says that images captured with the lens will be sharp, have little to no colour cast with great contrast, smooth circular bokeh and very little flare. 

Meike Cine 8mm T/2.9 lens Features:

  • minimum focusing distance of 25mm
  • The equivalent focal length is 16mm on M43 bodies
  •  Focus ring rotation: 260°
