Real Spies used to love it: Small, quiet and very reliable. Minox cameras have in the past been the dream tool of under-cover agents for almost 75 years. To ensure this legend continues into the digital age, Minox, the miniature camera and optics specialists from Wetzlar, Germany, have designed the new Minox DSC. An ultra miniature camera that maintains the renowned 8x11 dimensions but at the same time contains modern state-of-the-art technology.
A world premiere of a product with cult potential, the Minox DSC will be on show for the first time at Photokina 2008: This is also where MINOX are showing fun things the future “private-eye” needs for capturing spontaneous and candid digital images, from belt buckle cameras to a filming fountain pen.
The Minox stand (in Hall 2.1 C1/E2) - designed as a futuristic spy workshop – focuses on the new Minox DSC. Here visitors can see for themselves just what the Digital Spy Camera can do with this all new License to Shoot (the Minox slogan for this new camera) retro style but very modern digital camera.
