Fashion photographer and Nikon ambassador Julia Kennedy has recently undertaken a project with the aim to blend the world of fashion and London's most stunning street art.
For the photo project, Julia worked with Coline Bach, a French stylist to create the dynamism and fast pace of urban life in the shots whilst also incorporating the extravagance of the fashion industry.

Julia used the Nikon D850 and a variety of Nikkor lenses for the 8 part photography series. Commenting on the project, Julia Kennedy said, "London is internationally recognised for its fashion credentials and vibrant street art, and I’m always on the lookout for exciting colours and textures. The speed, high-resolution and light sensitivity of the D850 meant I could capture all the movement, detail and colour within each scene – creating a sense of excitement in these everyday urban settings."
This exclusive eight-part photography series reflects Julia’s ethos that fashion shouldn’t be restricted to the catwalk but can be appreciated in any setting. Her images focus on vibrant colour, rich texture and movement, while the styling and prop work purposely place the models within the context of North and East London’s finest murals.
