Neato have launched a new range of MiniCD labels designed specifically for the photography market. Photographers can now design, print and apply, easily identifiable CD labels with high visual impact for their digital photo libraries, or when recording straight from the digital camera.
The matt photo quality labels for 80mm MiniCDs can be designed on Macs or PCs using Neato's design software MediaFace II, which can be downloaded free of charge from www.neato.co.uk.
For PC users, Neato's MediaFace II software is easy to use and allows users to create their own graphically rich, fully personalised labels in colour or black & white. Users can introduce their own images or artwork from other design packages and the software automatically positions this on the label. For the Mac user, MediaFace II offers templates for most popular graphics programs, including Word.
Suitable for printing with most desktop printers, the MiniCD labels can be used in conjunction with the Neato 2000 CD label applicator to ensure each label is centred accurately on the CD. The pressure sensitive, die-cut adhesive labels have been specially formulated to ensure smooth application with no blistering and once the label has been applied, it is fixed permanently, so it will not peel in a CD drive or cause readback errors.
The MiniCD labels are available in packs of 100 for 10.56. Neato has also announced they are selling MiniCDs at 64.63 for 100 and clear vinyl sleeves (7.05). For further information, or to purchase any of the products in the Neato range visit www.neato.co.uk. Please mention ephotozine.
