Nikon has announced that they are currently developing a flagship full-frame Nikon Z9 mirrorless camera, which will feature 8K video recording. Here's what we know so far.
| Nikon Z9 in Mirrorless CamerasNikon has announced that they are working on the full-frame Nikon Z9, which will be the first flagship Z-mount camera and is due to be released this year (2021). They have shared this product shot, although the appearance of the camera may differ. The camera will use a newly developed full-frame stacked CMOS sensor, a new processing engine, and 8K video recording, which means the camera will have a sensor with a resolution of at least 33.1 megapixels (as this is the resolution of an 8K frame). Further information is unknown, and we don't know the expected price or the release date.
