The Nikon Coolpix P330 updates the Nikon Coolpix P310, and updates the lens giving it an extra 20mm telephoto reach with the new 5x optical zoom lens, another addition is the ability to shoot RAW, and the camera features built in GPS.

With a wide-angle 5x optical zoom lens, it offers a bright f/1.8 aperture at the wide end of the lens, and is equivalent to 24mm in 35mm film terms. The 12.2 megapixel back lit CMOS sensor is capable of shooting at 10fps at full resolution for 10 shots. The camera has a metal body and is available in black or white.

The camera has a front function button, full manual controls, as well as aperture priority, and shutter priority. On top is a small pop up flash, as well as the built in GPS. The camera features auto-HDR shooting, as well as 10fps continuous shooting at full resolution, or alternatively you can shoot at 1fps at full resolution for 30 shots.

Full HD video features stereo sound, with optical zoom and autofocus is available, as well as a 120fps high speed video mode. Power is provided by a compact 1050mAh lithium-ion battery, that slots into the bottom battery and memory card compartment. ISO can be selected from ISO80 to ISO12800, when extended.
