The Nikon D780 has arrived, and we've taken a number of full-size sample photos from the camera, showing the full ISO range, as well as white balance options under different lighting conditions. I'm sure it's a wonderful camera. But over 2,000 body only?....Even for the pro., that's hard to justify in a profession where fees appear to be on a continuous downward curve and technology moving ahead so fast, making today's state of the art model old news in a matter of a couple of years or so.

Is it me or the 6400 / 12800 ISO noise of this camera is absolutely stunning? Even better than the D850 in this respect? I'm a Canon-ist but I hate noisy pictures and I must admit this Nikon is way ahead Canon...
