Image Seen, who have recently announced photographic workshops in the Lake District and on Dorset's Jurassic Coast, have introduced another landscape-themed photography course and this time, it's in Northumberland.
The Northumberland Castles and Coast workshop takes place from 18-21 March 2016 with tutor Sarah Howard.
Commenting on the workshop, Sarah says: "The heritage coastline of Northumberland is nothing short of spectacular so it's hardly surprising that it’s now one of the most popular locations in the UK for landscape photography. With its long, sweeping, dune-fringed beaches and isolated feel, this area is home to some dramatic castles; Bamburgh, in the village of the same name where the workshop is based, and Dunstanburgh, being two of the most photogenic.
The incredible rock formations are just one of the draws of this area which is known for its geological interest and there are plenty of opportunities for the photographer here, particularly in the form of capturing movement in water and working with filters. The light at this time of year can be outstanding, and it’s that, and being out of season, which make it the ideal time to visit."
More details on this workshop can be found on the Image Seen website.
