Olympus mju 7010Press Release:

With an incredibly slim and stylish metal design, the new Olympus µ-7010 digital camera benefits from a clever AF tracking function, which guarantees sharp images even if your subject is moving – perfect for a night out with friends or at music concerts. Available in titanium grey, candy pink and starry silver the camera benefits from Magic Filters that let you explore your creative side. The Pop Art filter enhances the colour in the picture, making colours stronger and more vivid for a high-impact, happy picture. Other filters include, Pin Hole, Fish Eye and Sketch.

The latest edition to the popular µ series, the Olympus µ-7010 lets you take pictures that can be blown up to poster style prints. An in Camera Panorama setting allows you to take expansive shots outside, perfect for when you are on holiday and wanting to capture a skyline, and a wide zoom function is great for group shots and close-ups of distant subjects. Advanced Face Detection for up to 16 people allows for perfectly focused and exposed faces and Beauty Mode is on hand to smooth out imperfections and leave your subjects looking refreshed.

An intelligent i-Auto option allows the camera to automatically adjust to five common scene modes for great looking photos and Dual Image Stabilisation avoids blur-free images even in crowded environments. You can also record movies with sound. The camera comes with 39 languages on board and new software to help you manage and edit your photos.

The RRP for the µ-7010 is £249 and will be available from August from all good Olympus stockists. For more information please visit the Olympus website.
