The Olympus SP-100EE is part of the STYLUS range of cameras. Designed for getting great photos when travelling without loads of kit, this bridge style camera has several features that make it ideal for wildlife and holidaying photographers.
1. Dot Sight
The Stylus SP-100EE has an innovative dot sight feature, which allows you to target and track a moving subject with ease. This technology is an Olympus first in a compact traveller camera. No matter if you're using the camera to zoom in on a far away subject, or following a fast moving one, Dot Sight makes it easy to keep the subject firmly in your sights while you take the perfect shot.
2. 50x Optical Zoom
The SP-100EE features an all in one lens that opens up a wide variety of creative options. It features an ultra long 50x zoom lens, equivalent to 24-1200mm in 35mm terms, enabling you to get closer to the action. There is a zoom rocker on the side of the lens as well as around the shutter button, making it super easy to adjust the lens no matter what your shooting style.
3. High-Speed EVF
The electronic viewfinder featured on the SP-100EE was created with the OM-D series technology, allowing you to experience shooting like a true professional. You can see the effect that applying an art filter
will have on your image before you even press the shutter using the EVF, allowing you to fine tune it perfectly before you press the shutter.
4. iHS Technology
The Olympus SP-100EE combines a high speed 16 megapixel BSI CMOS sensor with a high-performance TruePic image processing engine and iHS technology to allow you to perfectly capture brilliantly detailed images. The TruePic VII image processor adapts precisely to the specific lens aperture you're using, allowing for images with true to life vibrancy.
5. Share Images Quickly And Easily
The SP-100EE makes it really easy to share images. Using the OI-Share app, and a Wi-Fi enabled FlashAir card for excellent wireless connectivity between your camera and mobile device, you will be able to transfer images in a flash and even control the camera from the app on your smartphone or tablet.
