It won't work with any other Olympus or Panasonic M43 lenses.
Price about USD$1,500. A normal run of the mill lens. Score is 6 points out of 10.
Optical performance is average. Not very good but not bad either.
If you want micro 4/3 for small size, don't spoil it by fixing such a big lens to the body.
Micro 4/3 sensor is small. You cannot argue around this disadvantage.
If you want high image quality go for a full frame sensor body with a top range prime lens.

I think you may be confusing the 40-150 Pro with an older lens, perhaps the Mk2 kit 4/3rds (no not m4/3rds) 40-150 which wasn't as good as the Mk1 f/3.5-4.5. The is a Pro m4/3rds 40-150 lens with a constant f/2.8.
