Micro Four Thirds camera fan, David Thorpe, has put the Panasonic Lumix G9 to the test to find out if it's a serious stills camera as well as one that's excellent at capturing video.

The Panasonic G9 features a 20mp sensor, 5-axis image stabilisation, 60fps continuous shooting, 4K video recording, and a large electronic viewfinder with 3.6m dot resolution. Plus, there are a wealth of other features built-in that, along with an excellent design, gave the Lumix G9 our 'Editor's Choice' award and with David Thorpe saying: "The G9 takes a whole new step forward for fans of Micro Four Thirds", it would seem he agrees with us, too.

Do watch David's review to get more of his thoughts and below you can find sample images captured with the Lumix G9, along with the camera's specs.
