I just wonder: what is Sony waiting to develop something like this for the NEX cameras ????
Just imagine a powerful camera like the new NEX 7 with a "pocketable" 16-48 pancake zoom !!
That one I would buy straight away, and would finally justify the price-tag attached to the Nex7: a really pocketable, altough very powerful camera system.
Even a clever design like the Panasonic's would not make it pocketable.
To have such a tiny lens on my E-PL3 Olympus but it's a zoom, fantastic. The Performance is excellent, sharp and contrasty.
I've put a video of it here
