A company called PanoMoments is currently crowdfunding to bring its 360 degree living panoramas app to life.
The platform allows you to create 360 degree panoramas which when looked around, show elements in the frame moving. They're not photos or videos per se, but a combination of both, allowing you to experience the environment in a more immersive fashion. The platform is designed for VR, but can be viewed by moving your smart device around or clicking and dragging with your mouse on a PC.
