Drewie is one of those amazing blokes who is talented enough to take his skills home and still produce something amazing – here we see him rebuilding an old motorbike in his shed. Like father like son, apparently the engineering skill continues in the family. Great Shot Darren! Good luck!

Many of the other finalists were also there including Sarah Hurcum from the Linton Camera Club in Cambridge; she had lovely entrys in both Summer Holidays and Great British Culture categories.

A trend here was people north of London and true to form here was a brief appearance from David Grieveson with his Diamond Jubilee Party shot. This was shot on a Pentax in the rain and David seemed quite confident in this Pentax's ability and produced this lovely photo of his family winning a tug of war contest as part of the Jubilee celebrations.

Of Course the other big names at the event were Reggie Yates and Sarah Harding. (As they did not know I was coming they left before I got there!) So below is an image of them and some of their work too.

If you would like to see more of the images, or just these in detail, then all of the entries can be found on facebook. Good luck to all the Contestants!
