PermaJet Print Academy 'Train To Print' Weekend Workshop

PermaJet Acadamy has launched 'Train to Print', a weekend of photography and learning, taking place on 25 & 26 February 2017 at Didcot Railway Centre, Oxfordshire. 

Based in the spiritual home of the Great Western Railway, Didcot Railway Centre, you will have the chance to learn from photographer Neil Cave of Timeline Events and PermaJet tutors. 

The photography event starts at 10am on the Saturday and includes:

• Unprecedented access to various locations with lots of photo opportunities
• Exclusive set screens including authentic re-enactors creating scenes from a past era of industry & heritage
• Enjoy a traditional picnic lunch with the team

A one night hotel stay is included in the price. You'll be staying at the De Vere Milton Hill House Hotel, Abingdon. A 3 course evening meal is inacluded. On the Sunday a full breakfast is included and then there is a tutorial including the following:

• Monitor and printer colour management 
• Importing and saving files
• File size & image quality
• 8 bit vs 16 bit images
• Getting the best from digital files
• Adjustment layers
• Sharpening and interpolation
• Using and converting RAW files 
• Printer problems and solutions 
• ICC profiles for consistent colour & quality

Teas and coffees throughout the day and a hot and cold buffet lunch is also included. There will also be exclusive offers available on the permaJet website to those that attend.
