Photoion event photography

Photoion Photography School is proud to announce our special Event Photography course taking place in Waterloo, London, from 16 July.

Event photography is one of the most important types of commercial photography. Professional event photographers will attend everything from weddings, to corporate meetings, to night club openings and everything in between.

The Photoion Event Photography course will give you all the skills you need to properly work events and capture the best images possible.

Beginning with an introduction and overview of the theory of event photography on 16 July, students will move on to choose one or more real events to attend and photograph.

Our experienced tutors will be on hand during all parts of the course, and will be by your side during the event to give you real-world tips and advice to capture the best images.

This unique course concludes on 30 July with a feedback session where you and your tutor will select, review, and edit the best images from your collection. You will receive more constructive feedback on how to improve and finish your images, equipping you with all the skills you need to tackle event photography, from the planning, all the way through to post-production.

To be a part of this fantastic course, all you need is a basic understanding of DSLR camera settings.
