Pole Fitness Portrait Awarded Photo Of The Week Accolade: Pole fitness

A portrait of a pole fitness dancer has been awarded the Photo of the Week accolade this week.

The image, titled 'Pole Fitness' by ePz member russftl was chosen to win by the team here at ePHOTOzine and here's why it stood out to us:

This is an unusual angle for a portrait and the image immediately drew our attention because of the atmospheric colours and posing used. The contrasting orange and blue lights shining on the pole dancer's body give an almost sci-fi feel to the photo.

The portrait orientation of the image coupled with the model's hand leading you up and into the frame make for an unusual portrait that has plenty of abstract appeal. A really well-imagined photo.

Winners of the Photo of the Week accolade currently receive a 32GB MicroSDHC EVO card courtesy of Samsung. See all the previous winners of the accolade in the POTW Gallery
