The Princes Trust has helped a budding photographer to pursue her dream of being a professional.
| PhotographerThe Princes Trust scheme has enabled a photography enthusiast to follow her dream of becoming a professional photographer.

18-year-old Care Johnson has been able to set up and pursue a career in photography with the help of the Princes Trust Scheme, which helps disadvantaged young people find their feet in careers in this difficult time.
"I have always been creative but photography was a complete career change for me", says Care.
Care approached the scheme after learning that she could no longer work with animals due to allergies. She has always loved photography, and is driven to succeed. She now owns her own business.
"I couldn't imagine what my life would be like if I hadn't started photography, it's changed the way I feel about art, it's changed the way I see the world and I appreciate other artists a lot more."
Thanks to the trust, Care was able to buy a camera and accessories to make her dream come true and is currently working with renowned photographer Rankin through the trust.
"Working with Rankin is amazing. Words can't describe how grateful I am for the opportunity. Rankin made me believe in my work. He has given me the confidence to try new things and new styles of work too."
Rankin picked Care out of several young photographers to help her develop her skills. She hopes that her success will inspire other young people to follow their dreams and not give up.
