Rasterbator standalone version 1.2
The Rasterbator originated as a web application at, but it has gained so much popularity that the web server occassionally cannot handle the load and a standalone version has been developed in its place.

The standalone version is the same as the web version, except that downloading images from the web and image cropping are not supported, and you have to set the output size numerically (number of pages wide/high) rather than using a fancy drag handle. The results are exactly the same.

Rasterbator version 1.2 is free and is available to download here

Looks promising!! ( Now where's that Ream of paper...??)

its qutie fun, just finding the right image.
this is great, we made a massive poster of a film scene from "The Big Lebowski" to put all along our hall in our student house... it took about 95 pages of A4, and a lot of ink and cutting and sticking, but it was well worth it! try it out!
Cant wait to get home and play with my "Rastorbator". Are there any Rastorbator experts logged in?
Wait for it...

I heard somewhere that this software made you go blind, is this true?

PS - Perhaps 95 pages of A4 would make anyone go blind.
i made a rasterbate of a landscape image, didn't really work well, its gotta be graphic and simple.

come on come on, who's going to admit to rasterbating over pornography?

Let's face it, men never really get past adolescence.
You men should stop Rasterbating! You'll all go blind or something!
