Samsung Smart Camera NX1 Key Features

Samsung recently announced the Smart NX1 camera at Photokina 2014. This is an all new flagship model, with lots of innovative and upgraded features. We go into the main features of the NX1 below:

New High Speed Image Processor

The NX1 is equipped with the DRIMe V image processor, the most powerful image processor yet. It gives you the power needed to shoot stunning high resolution photos and 4K UHD video. 

Speed 

The NX1 has super fast autofocus, thanks to the NX AF System III used. with a speed of 0.055 seconds, 205 Phase detaction AF points and a 153 cross type sensor, there is edge to edge focus coverage. 

There is also continuous shooting of up to 15 fps, and an electronic viewfinder which is quick as your eye can see. With an ultra high 1/8000s shutter speed, you'll be able to capture even the fastest moving objects with fantastic clarity. 

28 Megapixel BSI APS-C Sensor

The NX1 is fitted with a brand new, innovative 28 megapixel sensor that records more detail without increasing noise. This allows you to crop images smaller without worrying about losing as much clarity. 

Magnesium Alloy Body 

Magnesium alloy is really durable, giving the camera a firm, rigid feel. It gives the NX1 a premium feel, for a camera with premium features.
