Samyang Plan To Launch 8 New Lenses This Spring

Samyang have announced a plan to launch 8 new lenses throughout spring 2019, with announcements coming at CP+ in Tokyo and The Photography Show in Birmingham.

Samyang spring collection

Samyang have launched their 'Spring Collection' campaign, with a plan to release 8 new lenses one by one across spring 2019. 

Samyang say the campaign is 'unprecedented and bold initiative based on their expertise in world-class optical technology and global sales capability.'

The lenses will be announced at imaging exhibitions worldwide over the spring, including at CP+ in Tokyo and at The Photography Show in Birmingham.

From left to right and according to the silhouettes:

(1) = Samyang XP 10mm f/3.5 (manual focus, Canon EF mount, soon to be announced -a prototype was showcased at Photokina)
(2) and (6) = Canon RF and Nikon Z versions of Samyang AF 14mm f/2.8 EF/F/FE. Not necessarily AF though.
(3) and (7) = Canon RF and Nikon Z versions of Samyang AF 35mm f/1.4 FE. Not necessarily AF though.
(4) = Sony E version of Samyang AF 85mm f/1.4 EF
(5) = Nikon F version of Samyang AF 85mm f/1.4 EF
(8) = some new lens in Sony E mount.
