Sigma 60mm Dn Lens Hands On E Mount (2)

We have a hands on look at the new Sigma 60mm f/2.8 DN Mirrorless lens, which will be available in NEX and Micro Four Thirds mounts. The lens comes in Sigma's new style of design with a large manual focus ring that is smooth, with very minimal texture for grip, which could be an issue if you are relying on manual focus in hot conditions. We will be publishing our review of the lens as soon as it is available.

Sigma, panasonic and tamron were at wppi and each had a new lens to show. Panasonic allowed me to put the new 14-42 on my camera and take some shots with it, while sigma would just let you handle the new lenses - the 60mm is much smaller than the oly 60mm - and tamron had their 14-140 in a locked glass case, on a gh2 body, with an oly ep-1 sitting next to it with the oly lens cap on it - something I thought as odd.
