Snapchat video-recording spectacles/sunglasses are now available from Amazon UK.
The round frames feature a lens that records 10-second HD video clips, in a circular format, that can be shared via Snapchat or saved as a video when connected to a smartphone.
The spectacles case provided also acts as a charging station and video footage is captured by tapping the button on the left side of the glasses. Tap once and 10 seconds of footage is captured, tap again and 10 more seconds of video is captured ( up to a max of 30 seconds). There are also two lights, one facing out and the other in, to indicate when you're recording footage.
The circular video format is meant to mimic the field of vision the human eye sees and when viewed in Snapchat, videos can be played in full-screen mode, in any orientation.
The Spectacles by Snap Inc. are priced at £129.99 and will no-doubt please selfie, Snapchat fans instantly.
