MagMod have created the perfect resolution to off-camera, softbox lighting. It is now exceptionally easy to create beautiful, controlled lighting with the new MagBox which boasts multiple time-saving features. These include a simple set up, integrated gel slot, magnetic diffusers and the innovative FocusDiffuser, allowing busy photographers to rock off-camera softbox lighting hassle free.

The new MagBox system is available in three variants; the basic MagBox Octa, a Starter kit, and a Pro Kit. The MagBox 24 Octa comes as one solid piece which simply pops open. Magnets in the base secure it to your MagRing in seconds and to dismantle, it's as easy as pressing a button to collapse it into one neat, portable piece which can be stored safely in the MagBox Case.

With the universal MagGrip you can use pretty much any flash inside your MagBox by attaching it to the MagRing. This makes it super easy to switch a speedlight from being on-camera to off-camera. Not only are your flashes magnetically mounted to the ring, for additional security the MagRing features two security doors to lock your flashes in place.

Compatible with two innovative diffusers, the MagBox has capabilities providing both focused and diffused soft light. The FocusDiffuser controls light like a grid but also focuses light like a lens whilst maintaining a softened effect. Alternatively, the FabricDiffuser provides a controlled soft light effect, similar to traditional softboxes.

As if they haven’t given us enough control already, MagMod have also developed 8 rigid correction gels giving you additional control over your lighting. These gels snap straight into the built-in gel holder giving you instant access to beautifully corrected lighting without the hassle of taping flimsy gel sheets to the outside of your softbox.
