Sony Alpha A7R II (5)

Here are a number of sample photos from the new Sony Alpha A7R Mark II - the mirrorless camera features the World's first full-frame Backside Illuminated (BSI) 42.4 megapixel CMOS sensor, which means it is capable of shooting at high ISO settings, up to ISO102400. We've taken sample photos with the Zeiss Distagon 35mm f/1.4 ZA T* lens, and the Carl Zeiss Sonnar 55mm f/1.8 ZA T* lens.

We will be posting our full review shortly, but in the meantime simply click the images below to view our sample photos. Click "High-Res" to view the full size originals. Additional sample photos from the Zeiss Distagon 35mm f/1.4 ZA T* lens can be viewed here.

Not sure I'd want one based on the pictures - some of those images look terribly soft.
