A spectacular seascape image taken during a storm has been awarded the Photo of the Week accolade.
'Storm over Luckentyre' by ePz member KathrynJ was chosen to win the accolade by the team and here's why it stood out from the bunch:
This moody, dark, foreboding image offers wonderful textures in the fast-moving and frothy sea. As the tide rushes in and out it has created a splash to the right-hand side of the image which really makes it pop.
The silhouetted mountains in the background add a sense of foreboding and you can see the lashings of rain falling down. The rich blues in the middle of the sea add a pop of bright colour to the otherwise grey and tonal landscape.
