A portrait of a stunning fairy tale queen has won ePHOTOzine's Photo of the Week (POTW) accolade.
The photo, captured and created by ePHOTOzine member sherring, is beautifully constructed and grabbed our attention immediately.
POTW is chosen by the ePHOTOzine team and every winner is awarded a 32GB SDHC memory card courtesy of Samsung.
Here's why the team chose 'Azadeh' to win this week's title: "This brilliant example of digital art is not only striking but it also allows a story to unfold in your head. The queen could have, quite literally, walked out of a fairy tale and it makes you wonder who she is, where her kingdom is and if she's an evil ruler. Her stare is almost hypnotic and this, along with the pose, makes you believe the potentially poisoned chalice could be for you. It's a lovely photograph that's been digitally manipulated brilliantly and as such, it's well worthy of winning the Photo of the Week title."
