Take A Look At This Awesome Photography Themed Rube Goldberg Machine

Rube Goldberg Machines are pretty cool things and when you add photography themed objects into the mix, they get that bit more interesting.

Here's something a little bit fun for the weekend that's also rather fascinating. It's a video, from 2D House, that shows a Rube Goldberg machine in action but this one's a bit different to the usual contraptions we see as every part of it is, somehow, connected to photography.

For those who haven't heard of the term before, a Rube Goldberg machine is created from the assembly of various devices and contraptions that work together to form a chain reaction. For the photography themed one, it begins with memory cards falling like dominoes and ends with a camera taking a photograph. In between the start and finish, there are reflectors popping open, a snoot rolling to start a ball rolling, lens caps circling down a wall and plenty of other quirky reactions that use photography related items to set them going.

Enjoy the video and more importantly, enjoy your weekend!
