Glynn Lavender is a Tamron Australia ambassador and recently, he's been shooting with the Tamron 35mm f/2.8 Di III lens for Sony Full Frame mirrorless cameras.

Tamron Australia have put together the above video documenting Glynn putting the lens through its paces. Small and lightweight, the lens is ideal for environmental portraits as well as wider shots of building interiors, using various studio setups.

With a minimum object distance of only 0.15m, Glynn was also able to capture some interesting close-ups and abstracts of objects in the house too. The lens definitely proved its versatility in this shoot! Glynn doesn't normally use Sony cameras, but after his experience using this lens, that may well change.

ePHOTOzine awarded the 35mm f/2.8 lens 5 stars and an Editors Choice award for its excellent sharpness, well-controlled CA, excellent flare resistance, and silent AF.
