Tamron Blog: Cars & Frames :

If like us, you have a huge collection of images from a particular location you want to share with the world, you've got to get creative to ensure those viewing them don't roll their eyes, sigh and cross their arms as you show them yet another photo from your trip.

So far, we've shown you how to create gifs and how to shoot video but today, we're keeping things a little more simple with frames and sequences.

Combining multiple images into one frame is a great way to share a story sequence, which in our case is the car moving further around the track, and they can make great pieces for hanging on walls.

This particular one features for images but triptychs are also very popular which feature three different images that usually relate in some way. We actually have a tutorial which shows you how to create triptychs in Photoshop but you can also apply the method to a frame with more photos in it. Just make sure the images are all of the same size and that you have an equal amount of space around them.

The four images above were captured with the trusty Tamron 16-300mm which was a great lens to take to the track as it's incredibly versatile and the wide choice of focal lengths meant our kit bag remained light.

Next week, we're staying with the track theme but we're having a little miniature fun in Photoshop.
