We're showing you how you can get creative with toys such as cars at home so you can carry on with your creative photography while staying indoors.

We're all doing our bit at the moment to keep ourselves, and everyone else safe, by staying at home but that doesn't mean your photography needs to stop as a result. To keep you busy, we've put a quick blog post together all about photographing toys, cars specifically, so you can shoot a photography project without leaving your house.

Using the Tamron 35-150mm f/2.8-4 Di VC OSD lens at the telephoto end, we set-up a scene at home to make it look like the Delorean / Back to the Future Matchbox car is in some sort of cool, futuristic apocalypse.

We've focused on the rear detail and the "OUTATIME" license plate, and the scene is supposed to look like the car has "hit the end of the road". We sprayed some water to give a bit of additional detail, too. Can you tell what we used as backgrounds?

For something that took a few minutes to set-up, we think it's rather cool and it's a project you can get the kids involved in, too.

What have you been photographing in lockdown? Show us your photos below.
