Photographers from all over the world descended on Dubai for the annual HIPA ceremony to find out who would win the overall grand prize.
| EventsThe Hamdan International Photography Award (HIPA) winners have been announced at a glittering awards ceremony in Dubai. An image of Holi, the festival of colours, was chosen as the overall winner of the competition which received 60,162 entries from around the world.
