The Photography Show has announced that this year's show which was rescheduled to September will no longer be able to go ahead due to continued uncertainty around the hosting of large events.

Instead, the show will be virtual and will take place on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 September 2020. The virtual Photography Show will be free to attend from the comfort of your own home and further information will be released soon.

During the virtual show you'll be able to see and buy new kit, listen to takes and masterclasses, ask TPS photography specialists your questions and take inspiration from photography galleries and demos.

Next year, the show will return to its home at the NEC (18-21 September 2021) and all entry tickets and passes booked and confirmed for the March 2020 event will be valid. If you are a ticket holder and would prefer a refund, you can request one.

I've always wanted to go without having to commit to much time travelling, and now can - I wonder how this will work out? A whole bunch of video and live equipment demonstrations with the buzz of an event. I guess marked down demonstration equipment will be less of a feature.
