The Photography Show 2018, has announced the line-up for the Video Stage, presented in association with Sennheiser, and the ever-popular Drone Zone.

Daily sessions at the Video Stage will feature the likes of Jim Marks who will cover the fundamentals of videography; Jonathan Edwards who will discuss the translation of photography skills to film and cinematography; and Jacob James, who will take a look at video for photographers.

Award-winning filmmaker Philip Bloom will explain why he still uses mirrorless stills cameras to shoot professional video and how he uses the technology side-by-side with other kit to create incredible cinematic images.

Photojournalist, Ben Cherry will explain how being able to deliver both stills and video from his assignments has become an increasingly important part of his work in the documentation of wildlife conservation. Professional filmmaker, Leanne Perrins will talk about her approach to wedding videography, from audio, lighting and stabiliser set-ups to extras including drones.

Rick Bronks will examine how pro photographers can add value to their business by expanding into video, and how to create a narrative using moving image; while Byron Wijayawardena will look at how to capture great video content on the move, with as little equipment as possible. Cinematographer and Director, Daniel Peters will look at the use of different lenses to achieve different effects with the same camera sensor, and how even affordable models can often outlast the camera.

At the Drone Zone (including done flying area), visitors will see in-flight demos of the latest kit releases from Yuneec and DJI and can join tuition sessions from top drone trainers and operators at Aerial Motion Pictures. TechRadar's Tom Anderson will delve into using drones as a filmmaker, and Adam Juniper will share his view on everything you need to know about drones.
