Verdict
The Think Tank Urban Approach 10 is described as a low profile, high capacity camera bag designed specifically for mirrorless camera gear and a 10-inch tablet. It can fit a mirrorless body with lens attached and up to 3 additional lenses. It's the larger version of the two bags in the range, with the Urban Approach 5 shoulder bag holding 1-2 spare lenses and an 8-inch tablet. The bags are available in black with leather accents.
Think Tank Urban Approach 10 Features
The Think Tank Urban Approach 10 is secured by a flap with clip and velcro closure. There is also the ability to silence the velcro for photography in quiet locations.
On the inside of the flap, there is a mesh pocket for an ID card. There's a velcro front pocket with internal pockets ideal for small accessories like memory cards and other stationery.
In the main compartment, both sides of the inner are felt lined and there are 5 velcro removable dividers to allow you to arrange the layout of the bag to your liking. On the back wall, there is a velcro secured padded pocket for a 10-inch tablet. An all-weather cover is also included.
On either side, there is a stretchy fabric pocket for accessories that you need to keep handy. On the back of the bag, there is a velcro secured pocket. There is also an adjustable and detachable handle.

Thank Tank Urban Approach 10 Handling & Performance
The bag feels comfy when worn and the padded shoulder strap really helps to distribute the weight. It's easy to access the bag by unclipping the flap and pulling it up.
Setting up the sound silencer system is easy, you simply undo the sound silencer flap and fold the velcro back on itself to stop it sticking to the patches on the other side.
The internal dividers are well padded but thin, giving you maximum space in the bag for kit. They can be moved about relatively easily to achieve a suitable setup.
The included all-weather cover isn't attached on to the bag at all so care needs to be taken not to lose it. This stretches over the front of the bag and unlike other covers has to be fastened to itself to stay in place, however this does guarantee a more secure fit.
The bag comfortably fitted an Olympus OM-D E-M10 II with attached 45mm lens as well as the 3 additional lenses as mentioned. More lenses could be fitted if they are small, and you don't need a long lens.
We found the side pockets handy especially for a water bottle on the go, or an accessory such as a small flash unit that you don't need all of the time but do want quick access to when shooting.
Value For Money
The Think Tank Urban Approach 10 is available for £115.50 from SnapperStuff in the UK. This is on the expensive side, but everything seems robustly made and the leather accents are a nice touch.
The Urban Approach 5, which holds one less lens and an 8-inch tablet, is available for £102.25 also through SnapperStuff.
For less kit, the Cullmann Maxima 235+ could be an option, if you just want to carry the camera with an attached lens and have room for personal effects. It's available for £44.99.
